Random life

Mom and Alyssa made cookies and it was so fun and so yum!

Alyssa and her friend Andrew made lots of lego creations.

Dallin hurt his foot and couldn't do much for a month, but it is feeling better so he is flipping again

I finished my MEP quilt, FINALLY, and have it on our bed to enjoy everyday.  I love it and all the memories it provides

Peter 2 and Ephraim 7 months, they are so cute.  They are starting to interact a little.  Peter will play peek-a-boo with Ephraim and make him laugh and laugh.  We have caught him feeding him a couple times as well, luckily it was just baby food, but it did make a big mess.

Rainy day zoo with Pierce Family

All of my beautiful children at the zoo!  Love this!

That is a real gorilla behind Dallin, he was not too happy and kept slapping the glass really hard as he walked by.  Of course, Dallin thought it was the best thing ever!

Birds!  Peter was terrified of all of the animals except the birds.  In fact he tried to grab them, but they flew away.

Peter turns 2

Look at our big 2 year old Peter!  He is full of silly faces and a fun personality.  He tries to communicate and uses a lot of pointing and pulling us to what he wants.  He can say a few words, Mom, Dad, shoes, Brea, Zeus, Ephraim (Me Me), and a few more.  He has gone potty on the toilet many times and it is totally driven by him.  He loves to eat and loves to be outside.  He can do tricks on the trampoline and play basketball with Dad. He really enjoys going to nursery and does not fuss at all.

Granby Trip - Easter, Conference, April Fools, and Moms Birthday

Grandma and Grandpa Ricks met us for the first night in Granby.  They were on their way to North Carolina.  We love any chance to spend with them.  Jackie stayed up late playing Rook in their room.  Then the next day we visited and swam in the morning before they had to go.
Alyssa gets a geared up to try out snowboarding - turns out the didn't have any lessons available so it was a rough day for her.  She ended up coming the YMCA with Brea and doing crafts.

These big sisters are so sweet and such good friends.  The Pierce family met us up there and spent a night and two days skiing with us.  It was a ton of fun.

Since the Pierces left early, and we were staying for conference we decided to invite our friends the Scaddens, and they came.  It was great to have them there, we played games, did easter egg hunt, our traditional easter egg rolling contest, conference, swimming, visiting, laughing, and lots of yummy food eating.  It was a nice break for all.

And even though we were not at home, Dallin still enjoyed April Fools day and got us good.
