The plane ride, no problems on the way there. We had to leave Dad on way back and then wait about 3 hours for him to arrive in Denver. The kids did really great though on the plane and off.
Wall sitting while waiting at airport. I have trained my kids well, exercise, exercise, exercise!
Our first day was spent at Legoland, it was fun and not crowded at all.
The little kids favorite ride was this driving lego car one. They got their own driver license at end. The first day our kids were the last to ride and they got to go park them and fill them up with gas, very exciting.
Day two was spent in Disneyland. Alyssa got this cute halloween sparkly cat painted on her face.
Our house was AWESOME! We had this huge table where we could all eat and we made meals together.
Early on the first day at Disneyland Grandma Ricks and I walked with Peter to see how long it would take, it took about 20 minutes.
Brea and Dallin about to go on the CARS ride for a second time since I was doing the child swap and could bring two people with me.
Malinda and Jeralin had way cute jammies. It was so fun to be there with them.
These kids had a blast and could have spent more time at the house. There was a nice pool and hot tub in the back yard that Dallin and Grandma spent a lot of time in.
On our Mickey Mouse Halloween Party night we walked with all the kids, except Josh, Grandma stayed at house with him and waited until the Dads came back from their deep sea fishing trip.
Olaf and Christoph, or Alyssa and Benny.
3D glasses for the Star Tours ride, they looked so cute.
Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Christoph, Peter was Sven but he was asleep most of the night, and it was too hot for his costume when he was awake.
A day at the beach, so fun!
Grandma rented this umbrella for us to use which was great for Peter.
Jackie met up with her friend McKayla and her family at the beach. It was neat to spend some time in California with them.
We walked out on the Pier and ate shakes at Rubys - yummy! Grandma got the girls these fun red sunglasses and little turtles for a souvenier.
We were also able to go see a missionary in Southern California. Elder Jones was at a zone conference, where he is the zone leader. We surprised him and got some pictures to send to his Mom. He looked so happy it was great to see him.
We also went to the San Diego Temple and it was Gorgeous. This is a picture of the Stake Center that we met Elder Jones at, it was beautiful as well.
Legoland had legos to play with on almost every ride plus lots of spots around to build. This is a castle that they were adding onto.
Sea Life at Legoland was pretty fascinating the kids were amazed that they had Sharks there.
Swimming at Legoland. They had a ride like splash mountain that you could go on in your swimsuit. It was really nice riding it with my swimsuit on, I didn't mind getting wet.
Flying home, without Dad, this little Peter did really great and fell asleep before we landed. Dallin took a picture of the beach as we were taking off, it was beautiful.
Rides at Legoland, I love their fun/terrified faces.
Sea Life Aquarium
The guys on their deep sea fising adventure.
Here is our sleeping Sven, still cute.
The Moms and kids heading out in the dead heat at 2:00 to walk to Disneyland. We were hot but the kids were troopers and we all made it without losing anyone.
The whole crew, minus our photographer Ryndon. I am so glad that we had family there with us it made it even funner, and we will cherish the memories of this trip.
