We were able to take the elevator up and see the view of the Temple from above. The kids thought that was really neat, being up so high. We were also able to go on top of the conference center. They have a rooftop garden, which is amazing.
Jackie was so sweet there, she really felt the spirit in the visitors center and enjoyed seeing the movies and displays they had. She told me that her heart felt so good. What can be better than that!
The kids all got to stand on the pedestal in front of the Salt Lake Temple. Here is Dallin, age 6.
The whole family on the pedestal. It was neat to learn more about how the temple was built. We also saw a model of the inside of the temple and the kids loved seeing the beautiful rooms inside.
Jackie, age 8 in front of the Salt Lake Temple.
All four kids. Brea wore one shoe most of that day. I think she had a blister on her foot.
Mom & Dad pose as well!
I love how this picture of our 5 year old Brea turned out.
Alyssa, was excited to have her turn as well. We were glad we took the time to got to Temple Square. We spent about 5 hours there and still didn't get to see and do everything we wanted. The spirit is strong there and our testimonies were strengthened.
