Halloween 2012

 It is that crazy time of year again.  When we all dress up silly and eat way too much candy.  But it sure is FUN!  Alyssa wasn't sure what was going on and was a bit hesitant seeing everyone dressed up.  But once she learned that three simple words "Trick or Treat" she got candy in her bag, she was EXCITED!  She started out as a cuddly bear.  But then she stripped out of that (which is common these days) and came to me saying something that sounded like "orange".  I finally figured out that she wanted to wear this Lion costume instead.  So she was a Lion that we had from Dallin when he was that age.  I always enjoyed the one and two year old stage because I got to choose the costume, not with this little independent one.  But she was cute as a Lion and she sure enjoyed it.

 Dallin had a cute Power Rangers costume that he LOVED for a DAY.  Then it was too itchy, so he was a cowboy, which was really cute.  But first, he wanted to pass out the candy.  He always enjoys passing the candy out more than receiving it (not a bad trait to have).  He is very happy and eager to share, so this is a greater way to share with everyone.  He did end up putting his cute cowboy costume on a coming out for the last little bit.

 While Dallin was passing out candy I took the girls out.  We decided to stop at our good friends house first. They used to be our neighbors right across the street and we did a lot with them.  They have moved, but not too far so we stopped by to trick or treat to them.  They invited us to trick or treat with them.  The girls had so much fun.  Alyssa would yell Wyatt everytime we left a house and would try to catch up with him and hold his hand. We were surprised to see Mary dressed the same as Brea - they truly are both Super Women!

 This was at our Ward Halloween Party.  The YM were in charge and had all sorts of games set up in the gym, this was a golf game that Dallin is posing by.  It was a fun party.

 Brea found another Super Women at the party.  This one is her good friend Reyna, they were happy to see each other in the same outfit.

 Jackie the crayon and her good friend Grace the Ghost.  They had a fun time together at the party.

There was a cake walk at the ward party too.  Dallin is showing off his winnings, a plate of spider cupcakes. He was so excited that he won.  Of course, he shared with everyone else.  In fact on the way home that night he gave away all of his candy to the girls and their friends.  He told them he is allergic to candy.
