While we were in Florida we took a daytrip to Seaside (where the movie "The Truman Show" was filmed). It was a neat town set up as a TND (traditional neighborhood development). As Jeff is a landscape architect he really likes to visit neighborhoods that are designed well, such as Seaside. It was fun to walk around and there were so many people out, especially on bikes. There was a beautiful beach next to Seaside which we spent most of out time at. It was not quite warm enough to swim (thus the jackets and sweaters in the pictures). But the kids had tons of fun playing in the sand and they even were brave enough to get their feet wet. The sand was so white and soft, it was really a beautiful place to spend the day.
