Getting Ready for Christmas

Jackie made this cute tree hat for her class Christmas party.  She was very creative and came up with the idea herself, and made it herself.  It paid off, becasue she won the hat contest for her class.

Santa showed up at our ward Christmas party.  Brea and Alyssa were the only ones that wanted to sit on his lap this year.

Jackie and Mom are both taking piano lessons this year.  They got to play a Christmas duet together at the piano recital.

Our flop of a gingerbread house.  Usually the kit we use has a plastic base with grooves to hold the sides until it dries.  This one did not, and we thought it was stable, but then it all came tumbling down.  I guess we needed to build it on a ROCK foundation!  It was still fun, and we ended up eating it which we usually don't do.

Love to see any member of my family reading to another one.  Books are great and the extra snuggles makes it even better.
Even though the Kollers have moved to Pueblo, we still get together and have a great time.  Sage and Brea wanted to make a craft, so they looked one up and got all the material.  They needed a little help from the Moms, but these minion goggles turned out pretty snazzy!
