We made it to Alabama! We were all so happy to see family and be together. The first day we all headed to the Rocket Center. We were one big happy Family!
Brea has always had a special relationship with her Uncle Virgil. You can see her big grin as she gets to ride on his shoulders.
So, since we were all together, my brothers convinced us all to do this ride. I will just say, that it was not enjoyed at all....why anyone thinks that is entertaining is beyond me. They shot us up so fast, and then down just as fast, it is not a natural thing to do and my body was telling me "NO". My Mom was a good sport, and gave into the persuading of her sons. She actually said it wasn't to bad, as long as you close your eyes. Maybe that was my problem, but I don't want to try it again to find out. My nephews however, did it over and over again. CRAZY! Dallin wanted to try it, but he wasn't quite tall enough, I tried to explain to him that he wasn't missing anything, but he didn't believe me. Jackie was tall enough, but after seeing me finish she chose not to.
Everyone loves GRANDPA! It was hot day, so we cooled off in the water at the end.
