Our Sundays are different this year. Not only is Dad gone most the day, but our schedule is different as well. We have a lot of time in the afternoon. We have gotten a little creative as we enjoy our time together.
Spaghetti and marshmallows make wonderful creations. Plus they taste good when your done, at least if you are a child!I only got one picture of this creation - it turned out a little more ooey and gooey then I anticipated. It was just perfect for Dallin and he squished and spread and scrambled that poor goo.
My baby is getting so big!
These pictures are out of order, but back to the marshmallows and spaghetti, they make great smores with a chocolate chip and graham cracker. They were so tiny but they tasted good.
Then Dad comes home...Oh my goodness the kids maul him and scream every Sunday night when he comes through that door. He is one loved Man. He drops his books, gives them all hugs and swings and starts playing games. One of the kids favorite is this flour game. Dad had to dig out the penny amid laughs and hoots and hollers from his children.
Our budding baker at work again. She made carmel popcorn and bragged all night about it!
It was delicious and she was so proud of herself.
