Happy 4th of July! We had a great weekend with friends, beautiful scenery, bikes, rides, water, and mountains. Thanks Crislers!
These little bumper boats were a ton of fun, especially on the hot days. They had a guns you could squirt in the front, so one person was our "driver" and the other the "squirter".
Brea and Alyssa could have stayed on this mini beach all afternoon. They had sand and water readily available, what more could you want int life!
Of course, water and sand are not always the best when mixed together. But luckily the water could clean it all off. We just had to let her run around soaking wet for a few hours.
My kids first experience with a zip line. It went across the pond where the bumper boats are. Jackie and Ellie get geared up and ready to zoom across.
Brea enjoyed doing all her flips as she was strapped in and bouncing on the trampoline.
Dallin had lots of BOYS to play with, and they played hard. Him and Thatcher were little buds, they both got a barbed wire art on their arms the last day.
Dallin made it to the top of the climbing wall and proudly rang the bell.
You really don't need rides and fun when you have an awesome Daddy like this!
We were able to ride up the lift at Copper and then the boys rode their mountain bikes DOWN the ski hill.
Getting ready for the ride down. Dallin was pretty excited to try it. He excitement had diminished by the time he finished. It turned out to be a lot tougher than he expected, but he made it!
They had this art work set up that the kids could paint. I thought it was such a fun idea. Alyssa and Stryker sure enjoyed painting at will.
Brea got a pretty butterfly art on her arm.
Jackie got a rainbow butterfly.
Alyssa kept with the holiday and got an American flag. They waited in line over an hour for it.
The whole weekend was so fun. We were close enough to the village that we could ride our bikes in and then ride our bikes all around to the different rides and activities. It was beautiful weather. I enjoy skiing in the winter, but riding up a lift in the summer is even better! The colors are beautiful on the mountain, and the fact that it is warm makes it such a nice ride. It was so fun to be with good friends, the kids got a long great, and we enjoyed spending time with them . We even ran into some other friends we hadn't seen in a long time, the Webers, there as well. Oh, and I almost forgot the firework show. It was held in Frisno and they did the fireworks over a lake, so the reflection was beautiful . We were impressed with how long and good they were. Fun, times and a great way to celebrate the beautiful land and freedoms we enjoy her in America.
