This is a before of our kitchen floor and an after of our kitchen counter tops. We got granite counter tops this summer and have been enjoying them immensely.
Another before showing the tile by the front door.
During...we hired the kids to help pull up ALL the staples in the floor. We gave them 5cents a staple and realized that was too much when they made $20 from it. There were a ton of staples in that floor and with the laminate we were putting down we had to have it flat.
During...we used the click-n-lock laminate that looks like wood. Thanks to help from Andrew Steele we got the bulk of it done in one Saturday.
Cheers to our hard working men.
After....we love it. It is so much easier to clean and I fill like my house is cleaner because of it. A much needed and nice improvement to our home.
