Here is our fun loving FOUR year old. She was so excited to go to Chuck-E-Cheese for her birthday. She loved every minute of it and was so fun to watch.
I think her older siblings enjoyed every minute of it as well. Oh, to be a kid again.
We went on a hike with some friends around the time of Alyssa's bithday. It just so happened to be the same hike that we went on as a family four years ago when I was full-term with Alyssa. That was the hike where we came up with her name. We had thought of a couple of names we liked but they didn't seem just right. On that hike someone mentioned Alyssa and we all knew that should be her name. Alyssa is full of energy and loves playing with her siblings. She has a great imagination and sometimes even plays with her imaginary friends. She can dress herself and prefers to dress herself so she can choose what she wears. She has a good little sweet tooth, but doesn't usually finish all of it it. She has brought a lot of JOY to our home. It has been fun to have older kids enjoy the younger ones with us parents. We get a kick out of Alyssa and the things she says and does.
